I’ve had this linear drive turntable sitting in the corner of my workshop for several years, it was given to me with a few other items by a customer who no longer wanted it. So eventually I got round to looking at it, first thing I noticed was the original transit material was still attached to the platter, this led me to assume it had never been used. Did it work though? Well the first thing I found was that the drive belt had turned to mush, this would need to be replaced, I assumed the linear drive belt would be the same, so they are both on order. I have no reason to think there will be anything else wrong with it and look forward to the parts arriving and hearing it in action.
